The Calnan Group have been established for 50 years and are at the forefront of the Irish and European markets as leaders in sales and rental of new/used containers and production of anti-vandal units (static or mobile). We specialise in modifying and refurbishing containers to custom made solutions, which is carried out in one of our two factories located in Meath and Cork.

We can design, manufacture and install any size modular building you require, having successfully completed many schools, offices, clinics, training rooms, etc. over the years.

Calnan’s have carried out detailed and specialised work for many of the State Departments such as the Dept. Aside from the standard container we also provide reefers (refrigerated containers), offices, canteens, drying rooms, changing rooms, meeting rooms, life guard stations, mobile welfare units, chemical stores, chemical toilets, flushing toilets, shower and toilet blocks, fuel bowsers, fencing panels, modular buildings, steel anti-vandal units, holding tanks, generators, jack leg cabins, bars, cafes, refurbishment, all of which are portable or suitable for permanent use. Calnan’s also supply accessories such as furniture (for offices, canteens and living accommodation), shelving, window blinds, flooring, white goods, stairs, hand rails, lighting towers, and a wide range of other items.

Our clients in the retail sector have hired and purchased a large range of our products, such as cooling units, stores for food, drink and non food items and temporary shop units when they are experiencing a lack of capacity or there is renovation work being carried out on their premises. Each and every product is a safe secure unit which can be fitted with security mesh grills and doors if required.
